We’re officially more than halfway through the 2013 CSA season! Everyone please make sure you take the time to complete the mid-season survey!

Our amazing farmer Felix from Fresh Radish Farm brought members an amazing vegetable share this week! We got: beets, radishes, onions, tomatoes, green beans, carrots, zuccchini, green peppers, green leaf lettuce, red leaf lettuce, cilantro, AND sweet corn!!
We also got delicious white peaches, sour cherries, and yellow plums in our fruit share from Hepworth Farms!

Important news!
Please remember to sign up for your volunteer hours. The schedule will be at the sign-in table during every distribution!
Weekly attendance is important! If you miss more than 3 consecutive distributions, you will unfortunately be dropped as a member of the CSA and your share will be available for re-sale.

Important CSA news: Everyone please remember to sign up for your mandatory volunteer hours! Volunteering ensures that the CSA runs smoothly and that everyone does their part in this COMMUNITY SUPPORTED program.
Also, a reminder that if you miss 3 consecutive pick-ups in a row you will be dropped as a member of the CSA and your share will be available for resale. Please contact us if you have any questions about this policy.

Calling all future (possible) Bronx CSA members!!
We will be having another sign up event TOMORROW– Tuesday, April 30th at our distribution center the Grand Concourse Seventh Day Adventist Temple ( 1275 Grand Concourse at 169th st) from 5-7:30 pm. Once again, there is no need to get there exactly at 5pm or to stay for the entire time.
Come have snacks and learn more about the Bronx CSA.
